I cut the top off to as low as I can get. It's brown. I did the scratch test and the cambium is also brown. But I do see some roots and when I gently tug on it, it doesn't come out easily..

In the meantime I noticed that one of my cutting is starting to mold... What can I do to save it? Or is it a goner? And when I get new parafilm how much of the cutting am I supposed to wrap?
